🛡️ System Warranty

Manufacturer Warranty

Manufacturer warranty coverage of up to 3 years may apply to the following components: CPU, Motherboard, and GPU (subject to manufacturer approval), provided that a 1, 2, or 3-year extended warranty package is purchased.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, electrical surges, physical damage, or liquid exposure.

Labor Warranty

JoeyPCBuilds provides a 1-year labor warranty covering assembly issues or system configuration adjustments related to the original build.

This warranty does not cover replacement of hardware components or damages caused by external factors.

30-Day Limited Warranty

All systems include a 30-day limited warranty covering:

• Software issues related to the original system configuration
• Power supply failures

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage caused by the user
• Electrical surges or improper power usage
• Problems caused by external software installations or malware
• Hardware damage occurring after the 30-day warranty period

Extended Warranty

Starting on day 31, customers may purchase an extended warranty package from 1 to 3 years.

This warranty covers assembly issues, system adjustments, and eligible failures during the selected warranty period. Extended warranty packages are available for an additional cost.

📦 General Warranty Conditions

To validate any warranty claim, customers must present the original purchase receipt and keep the original packaging provided with the system.

Deposit / Layaway Orders Not Picked Up

Systems purchased through deposit, layaway, or partial payment must be fully paid and picked up within the agreed time period, which will not exceed 30 calendar days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the customer does not complete payment or arrange pickup within this timeframe, the system will be considered abandoned.

Once the system is considered abandoned:

• The deposit becomes non-refundable.
• JoeyPCBuilds reserves the right to resell, reuse, or dispose of the system.
• The customer forfeits any future claims regarding the system or deposited funds.

It is the customer's responsibility to maintain communication regarding payment and pickup. Ignoring messages or failing to respond does not invalidate this policy.

Warranty Service Conditions

All systems must be inspected and serviced exclusively by JoeyPCBuilds.

If the system has been opened, modified, or serviced by another technician or repair shop, all warranties will be automatically voided.

If a failure covered by warranty occurs, the system will be repaired within the warranty terms at no additional labor cost.

Any shipping costs or manufacturer service fees required to process warranty claims will be the responsibility of the customer.

Hardware Warranty

Our systems include a limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects in components.

This warranty does not apply in cases of:

• Physical damage
• Improper use
• Overheating
• Electrical damage
• Unauthorized modifications

Warranty Limitations

The warranty applies only to the system in its original factory configuration as assembled by JoeyPCBuilds.

JoeyPCBuilds is not responsible for system malfunctions caused by:

• Software updates performed by the customer
• System formatting after delivery
• Installation of third-party programs
• Operating system or configuration changes

In such cases, it is the customer's responsibility to repair or reinstall the system.

Warranty service may require one or more diagnostic and repair attempts before a replacement or other remedy is considered. The exact remedy will depend on the nature of the failure and the manufacturer's warranty, when applicable

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, customers must contact JoeyPCBuilds within the applicable warranty period and provide proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to inspect and evaluate the system before approving any repair or replacement.

💰 Payments & Returns

All payments are final. JoeyPCBuilds does not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed, except where required by law.

After the initial 30-day warranty period for components has passed, repairs or adjustments may incur additional service charges, except for labor covered during the first year.

Chargebacks & Purchase Acknowledgment

Due to the custom-built nature of our systems, all orders placed with JoeyPCBuilds are considered final once payment has been processed and the build process has begun.

By placing an order on our website, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the product specifications, warranty terms, shipping policies, and return policies listed on our website.

Customers agree to contact JoeyPCBuilds directly to resolve any issue before initiating a dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

If a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback is initiated after the product has been delivered, JoeyPCBuilds reserves the right to:

• Submit delivery confirmation, order documentation, and communication records to the payment processor
• Report the dispute to the payment provider for investigation
• Refer the outstanding balance to a third-party collections agency
• Pursue legal action to recover the full amount owed including administrative or legal fees where permitted by law

JoeyPCBuilds reserves the right to refuse future service to customers who initiate fraudulent disputes or chargebacks.

• Avoid modifying system settings without technical guidance.
• Use a surge protector or proper electrical protection.
• Avoid installing software from untrusted sources.
