Before placing your order, please read our policies carefully. By completing your purchase, you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions stated below.

Payments and Orders

Full Payment

All payments must be made in advance.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Custom Orders

Systems are built in the order in which purchases are received.

The estimated build time is 7–10 business days, depending on component availability.

Design Changes

Components may vary depending on market availability.

Limited Warranty

Manufacturer warranty of up to 3 years may apply when purchasing our extended warranty packages for the following components:

  • GPU (subject to manufacturer approval)
  • Motherboard
  • CPU

Coverage

All systems include a 30-day limited warranty covering:

  • Software issues related to the initial system configuration
  • Power Supply failures

Refund and Warranty Policy

At JoeyPCBuilds we strive to provide the highest quality products. Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase has been completed, except in the specific cases outlined in this policy.

Hardware Warranty

Our systems include a limited hardware warranty covering manufacturer defects in components. This warranty does not apply in cases of:

  • Physical damage
  • Misuse
  • Overheating
  • Improper handling
  • Unauthorized modifications to the system

Warranty Limitations

The warranty only covers the system in its original configuration installed by JoeyPCBuilds.

We are not responsible for system issues caused by:

  • Software updates performed by the customer
  • System formatting after delivery
  • Installation of third-party programs
  • Changes made to system configuration or operating system

In these cases, it will be the customer’s responsibility to correct or reinstall the system.

Warranty Process

To request warranty service, the customer must contact JoeyPCBuilds within the warranty coverage period and provide proof of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect and evaluate the product before proceeding with repair or replacement.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer, shipping damage, misuse, or modifications made to the system.

Requirements for Warranty Claims

  • Original purchase receipt must be provided
  • Original product boxes and packaging must be kept
  • Any shipping costs or manufacturer service fees required to process the warranty will be the customer's responsibility

Shipping Options

  • Shipping via postal service is available (additional cost applies)
  • Local delivery may be available depending on location and may include additional fees

Responsibility

We are not responsible for damages, delays, or losses during shipping. Shipping related claims must be handled directly with the carrier (for example USPS).

Other Policies

Chargeback and Fraud Policy

We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious or fraudulent transactions made on our website.

If a customer initiates a fraudulent chargeback or unjustified dispute after receiving the product or service, JOEYPCBUILDS reserves the right to take the necessary actions including but not limited to:

  • Reporting the transaction to the payment platforms involved
  • Providing proof of delivery, payment confirmation, and communication records
  • Sending the debt to a collections agency to recover the funds
  • Taking legal action to recover the owed amount including administrative and legal costs

By making a purchase on our website, the customer agrees to these terms and confirms that any dispute must first be communicated directly with our support team before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.

Chargebacks initiated without prior communication with our support team may result in suspension of future purchases.

Customer Support Hours

We respond to messages Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Responses outside of these hours are not guaranteed.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be issued.

Layaway / Deposit Orders Not Picked Up

Systems purchased through deposit, layaway, or partial payment must be fully paid and picked up within the agreed timeframe, which will not exceed 30 calendar days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the customer does not complete the payment or arrange pickup within this time, the system will be considered abandoned.

Once the system is considered abandoned:

  • The deposit becomes non-refundable
  • The business reserves the right to resell or reuse the system
  • The customer forfeits any future claims to the system or deposit

It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain communication regarding payment and pickup. Ignoring messages or failing to meet agreed deadlines does not invalidate this policy.

Financing

We offer financing through Klarna, PayPal Credit, and Shop Pay.

The terms and conditions of these services must be reviewed directly with Klarna, PayPal Credit, or Shop Pay as we are not affiliated with these financial institutions.

Policy Changes
